Thank you for joining the recipe of the month club, The Foodfocus. This is a monthly newsletter that features fun, fast and healthy recipes. Don’t worry I will not give your name to anyone or bombard you with emails. This is a once a month thing! Watch your email inbox for an email from me.  It probably already arrived. The email will include two important things.

1. A link is included in the email to confirm your subscription.  Be sure to confirm your subscription to the Foodfocus by clicking the confirmation link within the email so that you get the Recipe of the Month.
2. The complimentary audio recording of “Solutions To The 8 Biggest Health Mistakes” is also in the email as well as included on this page. The one in the email is an audio post card that you can forward along to your friends. If the email link is not active, just copy and paste it in your browser to view and listen to the online post card.

Here is your complimentary electronic Fun, Fast Healthy E-Cookbook  Just click on the link, then go to the top left corner of your window and push file then save or save as to save it to your computer.  You can then print the cook book or even attach it to an email and send it to friends.
