Shipping Policy

All product pricing includes shipping at no charge to any US delivery adress. The price you see is your check out price. Most orders are shipped by USPS priority mail. Whenever possible all orders are shipped within 36 hours of the time the order was placed.

International orders are shipped by global priority at a flat rate fee of $15.00.

The NO Shipping fees and flat rate fees are based on all ordered products fitting into a flat rate envelope. Generally this would cover up to 4 full “sets” of CDs, such as four sets of the full Wow! You Are Really Lucky… diet and lifestyle program. There is no shipping on digital products or club membership.

Returns Procedure and Address

In order to recieve a prompt refund on your return, please follow the following guidelines:

1. Please call or send an email PRIOR to returning your product.
2. Please include in the email your reason for return. If you are dissatisfied with the product please specifically tell us why you are dissatisfied.
3. Please include in the email the return delivery service which you will be using. (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.)
4. Please package your product properly for safe return travel. (We will not refund your purchase price on products which are received with damage during return shipping due to improper packaging.)
5. Your credit will be issued promptly upon receipt of return goods.
