		<description>Hi Deb,

Hope all is well.

I have a nutrition question for you.

I eat a well balanced diet, no chemicals or artificial stuff - mostly fresh, whole food. On the food labels, under nutrition facts, each category (Sat Fat, Trans Fat, etc...) contains the total amount per serving along with the percentage of daily value. However, regarding sugar, the label always lists the total amount per serving but not the percentage of daily value.

What is the recommended amount of sugar grams per day or how many grams equals the daily value or 100%?

Example: Stoneyfield Farms (organic) Non-Fat Blueberry Yogurt contains 23 grams of sugar. That's almost an ounce of sugar! Same amount for the orange juice I drink. Sounds like a lot of sugar for two small food groups.

Thanks for your help.
