		<description>I am amazed at how much better I feel with only just looking out for hfc syrip. I did not really change anyting else except stop buying foods with hidden sugars and now I feel better and lost 5 pounds in 3 weeks. I expect I will start this over again when I have more time as it has really made me feel better. Thanks for the education!</description>

		<description>Day 1 of the ‘official’ new eating plan. I am finding it takes me from one meal to the next to eat all the veggies! (I am on the phone a LOT and can’t really crunch.) This is a good thing because it seems like I am slways eating and don’t grab for the unhealthy choices.

I travel quite a lot, sometimes car trips and often plane trips. I would love some suggestions about how to be successful eating at conventions, in people’s homes, restaurants and from a hotel room.

		<description>I have cut out almost all processed foods.  It is amazing to me how I have lost weight and have fewer crazings for things I used to really enjoy that were not good for me.  
I eat so many more fresh fruits and vegetables.  One thing I didn&#039;t understand at first was some of the side effects of beginning to eat healthy - I felt sad for no reason, tired and like I had a cold.  I couldn&#039;t understand, if I was eating healthier, why I wasn&#039;t feeling as good as I thought I should.  Then I came across an article that said this can be a normal reaction to eating better because your body is going through a type of detox.  The more I keep at it, the better I am now feeling.
