Make Yummy Zucchini Burgers Recipe
I had these for zucchini burgers dinner last night and they are scrumptious!
They were definitely fast and healthy, though not vegetarian.
Turkey is a nutrient dense meat, often referred to as a super food. Add zucchini for fiber and moisture and you will LOVE these.
1 pound ground turkey or chicken
½ cup onion, small dice
3 small zucchini, grated
1 tsp grated ginger (or out of jar)
½ tsp minced garlic
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp tomato paste
½ cup whole wheat breadcrumbs (or more as needed)
1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. Black pepper
- Put in large bowl and use hands to combine.
- Shape into small patties. Pan-sear or grill until done.
- Serve on whole grain bun.
These turkey zucchini burgers are full of fiber and good for you!
