Easy Tortilla Bowl With Black Bean SalsaTortilla With Black Bean Salsa-This healthy snack will feed an army and is better for you than most processed food convenience meals. Add a layer of cooked ground turkey to make a real dinner out of it. Make all three components, then assemble last. Tortilla Bowl 1. Cut flour tortillas in half., then using a stoneware baking bowl, dip tortillas in egg white and line baking bowl with tortillas. Overlap tortillas by approximately one inch, and go around bowl until completely covered. Dip- Mix all ingredients together well. 2 pkg. (8 oz,) non-fat cream cheese Black Bean Salsa- Combine all ingredients. ½ cup diced red onion 1 cup grated cheddar cheese After assembling all the components, line the cooled tortilla bowl with the dip, top with the salsa and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
