You got it WATER is good & satisfing first thing in the morning I fill my insulated cup with ice & water.And it gets filled over&over 10 times or more a day. My family always did drink water my daughters as little kids always ask for water my friends couldn't get over that. They said their kids wouldn't drink anything but juice.Is that what you started them out with? I gave my kids water and they still drink WATER & are in there 40's. We love WATER.
