Drink More Water!
The number one biggest health mistake that most people make is that they do not drink enough water. We are talking water…. Everyone has heard that they should be drinking 8-10 glasses per day, but few people do. The fact is that the majority of the population walks around in a constant state of dehydration. The first symptom of dehydration is hunger, followed by headache, then: dry sinus, dry skin, unjustified stress, fatigue, lack of concentration, dry eyes to name a few. Why Drink More Water?!Basically water makes your body work!! You can not lose weight, deal with stress, eliminate waste, digest food, grow new cells, metabolize nutrients or perform any bodily function properly without water.

It is my 6th. week and it’s Wed. You got it WATER is good & satisfing first thing in the morning I fill my insulated cup with ice & water.And it gets filled over&over 10 times or more a day. My family always did drink water my daughters as little kids always ask for water my friends couldn’t get over that. They said their kids wouldn’t drink anything but juice.Is that what you started them out with? I gave my kids water and they still drink WATER & are in there 40′s. We love WATER.

It never occured to me to drink more water when dieting. I alway just used diet soda. I have learned so much in a short time in the 6 week classe.
