Increase Fertility Foods Diet

Amy King On Diet And Fertility

Amy King is a proud mother of two who had tried hard to get pregnant with zero results. Failed attempts to become pregnant often lead couples down a long and often bitterly trying trail of fertility treatments.  In this article which was submitted by Amy she shares how a good food diet will increase your fertility and assist you in getting pregnant when it seems like it is against your odds.

Getting pregnant is not easy for everyone. Even though a lot of women find it easy to conceive, there are still a large percentage of women who cannot conceive naturally without difficulty.   Good food and nutrition are essential in making babies and in preparing the body of a woman for pregnancy. When we speak of diet, some may think it means cutting down the amount of food one eats, but a diet is simply eating the right amount of food with the required nutrition in it.

Good Fertility Foods

Here are some of the good foods that can enhance a woman’s diet for fertility:

  • Fruits and vegetables

These two are great fertility foods for women who want to have babies. They are considered a great supplement for any diet because they contain a lot of vitamins and minerals needed for good health. Recommended quantities are two servings of fruits and three servings of vegetables each day.

  • Garlic

Some relate garlic to bad breath.  However, research has found that garlic, with its fertility-boosting nutrients, can enhance a lot of things for couples who want to become pregnant.  Garlic is abundant in the mineral selenium, which can help in preventing miscarriage and boost male fertility as well. It can also help in balancing hormones and augment immunity to diseases and illnesses.

  • Full fat dairy products

Compared to their low-fat counterparts, products like whole milk and ice cream can also enhance fertility when eaten in the right amounts.

  • Foods with phytoestrogen

Foods rich in phytoestrogen, such as soy, can also help result in pregnancy by raising the levels of estrogen in the woman’s body.  Estrogen is needed for conception.

  • Whole grains

Studies show that eating processed carbohydrates, such as bread, white rice and pasta, can limit the chances of fertility for women. It is suggested that women eat carbohydrate-rich food such as whole grains.  The benefit is that such foods are full of antioxidants, all kinds of B vitamins and other minerals that can aid fertility.

  • Foods rich in folate and omega 3 fatty acids

These nutrients can enhance the preparation of the uterine lining for an embryo. It can also ensure the embryo’s healthy development. Eating fish like salmon and sardines is advisable because of the rich omega-3 nutrients needed to improve blood flow and functionality of the reproductive system.

Diet And Fertility

If you want to give yourself a head start in your chances of conceiving then make certain that you are eating a diet with the right foods to increase fertility. When you eat good foods, you have nothing to lose, and everything to gain: health, fertility and energy. So don’t hesitate to begin a new regimen today.

How To Avoid The Word Cancer

Ken Jones, MDI have been researching cancer quite a bit recently. I have had several friends in the past year who “got cancer” and many of them died.  A person does not think about it much when they are young, but getting older and seeing friends and colleagues die, yes, many of them were doctors, makes me think twice about what I have been ingesting, and how to help other people.

I am particularly fascinated that oncologists treat patients yet over seventy percent would not take their own treatment in the same situation.  How many conditions can you think about where the experts won’t take their own advice?

Another fascinating statistic is that patients who do get chemotherapy pay over $200K on  an average, and most only live a few more months.  Only about two percent live another five years or more. What other activity would one have to pay so much for only to live a few more months?

And the quality of life is not that good.

I am not trying to discourage anyone from getting treatment. I hope everyone gets to live to their 120th birthday like I plan to. Actually, I will be happy if I get to 96.  I would like to tell people about ways to postpone or not have to encounter the word Cancer at all.

For instance, some people take supplements to boost their immune system. Alpha lipoic acid is a big one. Combined with palladium and a few other things, it becomes PolyMVA. People who use Poly have a five year survival better than with chemotherapy alone, and it even can be used on your 16 year old dog as a preventive measure. The Mexican government has approved poly-mva at some of its hospitals and in its clinics. Poly can be used with chemotherapy and/or radiation, and also by itself. It also can be used as a preventive measure.

Also interesting: what are some of the causes of cancer? Smoking causes 30% of the cancers. Another 40% are a mixture of eating fats, high intake of animal protein, alcohol, grilling, smoked and salted cured foods, pesticides and pollution, poor nutrition, and taking in things like heavy metals. The remainder of the cancers are causes by genetic predisposition, radiation nuclear and otherwise, or viruses. There are more causes than one can count on fingers and toes.

Doctors state we have trillions of cells and we have cancerous mutations everyday. Our immune system, composed of neutrophils, monocytes, eosinophils and lymphocytes, especially B and T cells, help us either kill the malignant cancer cells, or normalize them. DNA often kicks off an electron when a free radical drops by, and the DNA itself then becomes predisposed to mutate into malignant cells.

Alternative Methods To Treat Cancer

One might ask what other adjunctive therapies can a person use for cancer?

  • Fat loss helps to reduce obesity, and therefore reduces cancer risk. Obese people have several times the rate of cancer as thin people. Could it be that fat cells are mutating, or sugar is feeding the cancerous mutation without adequate immune function to service the extra trillion cells.
  • Clinical chelation takes the toxic heavy metals out of our system.
  • Silymarin is made from milk thistle, and is a strong antioxidant.
  • Fish oil, Flax seed combines the alpha omega three oils from fish and plants. Sardines, anchovies and mackerel are the source of the fish oil, and flax seed provide the plant portion. Both types are needed for the best protection.
  • Grape seed antioxidant is a strong antioxidant and is used by thousands on a preventive basis.
  • Vitamin C can be infused in a lipid form for increased absorption, or taken orally to increase blood levels.
  • Vitamin E is also an antioxidant connected with prevention of cancer, stroke and heart disease.
  • DHEA is used to supply us with the precursor to boost our low hormone levels, which occurs as we get older.
  •  Eat A Natural Diet.
  • Exercise Well and Stay well
