		<description>Ooh, WOW Deb, you look awesome! (I&#039;m jealous)...:) The body builiding articles are going to be really interesting &amp; helpful for me, because I recently began doing real,regular strength training in addition to my normal workouts. I&#039;ve always been an advocate of healthy eating &amp; being physically active, but for most of my life, my main form of exercise was running. Now that I&#039;m getting more, (ahem), &quot;mature&quot;, I&#039;ve realized that I need to build muscle in order to stay healthy, strong and fit into my older years. I&#039;ve purchased lots of free weights, a tape measure &amp; a Tanita scale, (so that I can begin to track my body fat &amp; inches, (and not just look at how much I weigh, because I realize now that having a low body weight doesn&#039;t necessarily mean that you are fit).
